This technology is FDA-approved. Unlike other lasers and machines, Forma has no lights or laser components, so the Forma treatment can be done on any skin type. Patents can relax during the treatment, feeling only a warm heat and gentle movement of the Forma applicator head. 

Results will be instant and noticeable after one treatment session of 20 minutes. However, the best results are seen after 3 sessions in the same area. Many of our patients treat multiple areas of their body.

Our prices are based upon our technicians’ high levels of experience, the care you receive, our value-added benefits, and the consumable costs for our treatments.
