By scheduling an appointment at SkinFX Canada, you agree to our cancellation policy. Please understand that we do this to offer the best possible Medi-spa experience for all our patients. Our cancellation and no-show policy is as follows:

  • Less than 24 hours notice: $25 fee
  • Less than 6 hours notice: $50 fee
  • Less than 3 hours notice: $75 fee
  • Less than 1 hour notice or no-show: $100 fee

All of our consultations are free! Book a free, no-risk, no-commitment, consultation online today! You can request a booking online or text us at (778) 772-2778 to schedule your consult. We are open from 10am to 4pm on weekdays to answer any questions you may have. Ask us about anything that concerns you with your body, face, skin, or smile.

Please be courteous, if you have a time to spare please come 10-15 minutes early! However, we do understand if you are in a rush and we will work to accompany your schedule as well. All that we ask is that you are on-time and not late for your appointment.

We want to properly use the amount of time needed to complete your treatment. A late arrival deprives your treatment time. To be fair to others, your treatment will end on time so the next patient’s session can start immediately. You may need to reschedule you appointment. If you completely miss your appointment, or you are so late that your treatment cannot be preformed, you may be charged an additional fee.

All major credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted.
We understand that health can be expensive. To accommodate we offer our patients the ability to pay their bill in multiple smaller payments. We are able to break your total treatment cost into separate amounts that you can pay over a period of time. Many of our patients keep their credit card on file for repeated payments. Some of the treatments offered at SkinFX Canada are covered on some health plans. If your treatment is covered by insurance, we will handle that process for you. Our receptionist, Anna, will ask for your insurance policy number when confirming your appointment. We will submit the paperwork on your behalf to collect the payment from your insurance company. Patients are required by law to pay for the remaining amount if your coverage is less 100%.
